Can't Stop This Remote Work Feeling

It’s ironic that more and more firms are selling the benefits of outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services to their clients, but that many of the partners in those same firms won’t let their own staff work remotely.
Eventually, they may not have a choice. As detailed in the Wall Street Journal this week, the proportion of Americans who only worked remotely rose to 20% in 2016 (from 15% in 2012).
Someday it will be possible to work your entire career without ever going into an office, without any of the downsides. When that happens, firms will have no choice but to allow remote work in order to attract and retain top talent.
